Looking for a residence


The followings emails were changed between me and people who supposedly were renting their flat.

PROCEDURE TO VIEW AND SECURE THE STUDIO

The flat is a whole flat one bedroom self contained and you will not be sharing it with anyone, we are couple and we are moving out for work, our lawyer advised us to give out the flat so cheap so that we can have a tenant in the flat on time, The final asking rent is £125 per week including all bills, I need to know some few questions about you. How many of you are coming to live in my flat? Can you take care of my flat as it is? Can you bring your identity passport when coming for viewing? How many months do you intend to rent and pay for? Do you have references in London? It is unfortunate that my past bitter experience of inviting people to come and view my flat without any form of confirmation of their financial ability and not keeping up to time as at when scheduled has brought about great loss to me. I have lost my job some months ago because of taking people who cant even afford the rent. Henceforth my lawyer and I have decided to carry out a simple test on financial ability to see if you are capable to pay the rent for my flat before coming for viewing, as I am presently in Liverpool right now, but I will like to come immediately you are able to follow my procedure given by my lawyer, I would not ask you to send your bank statement as it may be used illegally sometimes, while some produce fake bank statements and pay slip, but if you are able to transfer money to your friend, partner's or any of your family custody via Western Union Money Transfer, which my lawyer would make confirmation with the Western union website if truly you've transferred the money to your friend or partner's custody, then we can arrange viewing and we can proceed. After confirmation has been made, you can tell your friend or partner to pick up the money back. (...)

Sorry about the late response.
I had to travel abroad for a week but now I am in London again.
I would like to know if your flat is still available for rent. I am very interesting in it.
I understand you are afraid about who will rent it but I can give you references in London and proof that I have money for rent your studio.
Particularly, is good have a viewing before 8pm because "Dinah miss me very much tonight, I should I think! (Dinah is the cat). Dinah, my dear, I wish you were down here with me! There are no mice in the air. I'm afraid, but you might catch a bat, and that`s very like a mouse, you know. But do cats eat bats, I wonder?" When could we book an viewing?
